Returns, Replacements and Refunds

We trust you will be completely satisfied with your order from us but appreciate that due to the nature of our product range, this is not always possible. Should you wish to return your purchase to us, you can return the item in its original condition within 30 days of the order for a replacement or a refund.

If the returned item is in stock, we will issue a replacement to you.

If a replacement is not available, or you specifically require a refund, we will issue a refund. Items should, wherever possible, be returned in their original (or similarly robust) packaging.

Please note, all parts correctly supplied by us and returned are subject to a restocking charge of 20% of the invoice value.  Any warranty provided is non-transferable.
