Family values are at the very core of our Company. They were our starting point when the Company was founded in 1926, and they continue to underpin all that we do. We are a market leader, constantly innovating and setting standards, known and gaining recognition across the globe, in a competitive, commercial world. We are a family business with a corporate outlook, and we have never let go of our family values.

How do we describe our DNA?
Charlie Trent founded this company because he wanted to provide a better life for his family. Love for his family inspired him to seek out new opportunities and create a company that not only provided for his family but also for its employees and their families. From the beginning, nearly 100 years ago, and with every Trent generation since, the Charles Trent company DNA has consisted of three core values:
- Opportunity, to innovate, set standards and be a market leader
- Self-improvement, to enable growth and fulfilment both on a personal level and as a business
Family, the reason we get up in the morning. Family includes relations and work colleagues, as well as clients and business partners.
